Meet our caring and experienced early learning childcare team
We care for your kids as if they were our own
We started our early learning childcare centre for one reason – we love kids! Children are our passion, and as a family owned business, we view the kids in our care as an extension of our own family.
We know that the bond formed between a child and their carer is an important one, and can make or break the day for your child. That’s why we don’t employ casual staff.
All the staff at our centre are permanent, so your child will always have consistency, routine and a familiar face to greet them each day.
We meet the legal requirements for child to educator ratios and ensure that the staff on our team are properly qualified and experienced. All our educators hold a First Aid
Certificate, have passed working with children checks, and continually stay up to date with childcare skills and knowledge.
We encourage our staff to attend further professional training and development, and to continually evaluate how our curriculum meets the education needs of the children.
Central Gardens Childcare Early Education Centre is owned and operated by sisters Sonya Camilleri and Johanna Peers. Together with their team of dedicated child care staff, they ensure that the children at the centre have a fun, educational and enjoyable day, every time they attend. We guarantee your child will have a happy, safe and secure relationship with our staff and that their experience at the centre will be a positive and fulfilling one.
